Our 30,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art Customer Support facility houses over 300 Customer Support and A+ Certified Technical Support professionals during the tax season. We provide toll-free support lines seven days a week during the height of the season. And we provide a highly trained team of Spanish-speaking agents and sales representatives.

Customer Support hours of operation (EST):

Tax Season:
Mon – Friday  7:30am – 12:00am
Saturday        9:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday          1:00pm – 4:00pm (first 5 Sundays of tax season)


Off Season:
Mon – Friday  8:00am – 8:00pm
