TaxWise customer service wins national recognition

Twice named a finalist in the 2006 Call Center Awards

LAS VEGAS , NV , June 13, 2006— TaxWise customer and technical support won national recognition as one of five finalists in each of two categories—“Best in Class” and “Best Use of Technology”—at the 2nd Annual Call Center Awards ceremony held here this week.

The competition is run by Call Center IQ, a division of International Quality & Productivity Center (IQPC). Call Center IQ established the Call Center Awards to honor, recognize and promote Call Centers that demonstrate true best practices. An independent panel of experts and call center executives judged the competition.

For more than 20 years, TaxWise has led the professional tax industry in providing fast and knowledgeable assistance to the tax and accounting professionals using TaxWise software. TaxWise also provides complete support for more than 8,400 IRS-sponsored Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites and IRS Walk-In Offices which have used TaxWise for the past 11 years under a contract between TaxWise and the Internal Revenue Service.
