I am attempting to submit a POA, but
TaxScripts® is telling me that the representative signature is
invalid. What's wrong?
The IRS E-services DA system requires a valid tax representative
signature in order to process a request for a POA. This
representative signature is formed by a combination of your IRS
E-services login password and PIN. If either the password or the PIN
are invalid, the representative signature will fail.

invalid. What's wrong?
In this case, please verify that the taxpayer's AGI is valid for the
specified AGI year. Please also verify that the AGI is for the
current or previous tax year. If both are accurate, the problem may
lie with the taxpayer's date of birth. The IRS E-services DA system
utilizes the Social Security Administration to validate the date of
birth. Please verify that the SSA has the correct date.
