What is the Marketing Support Program?
The Marketing Support Program is designed for TaxWise® bank
product providers. No matter which of our banking partners you select, we will
help you promote and market your bank products to your clients. The program is
proven to attract new clients, increase profits and expand your business through
print, radio, TV, and direct response tools.

What Kind of Marketing Support Will I Receive?
You will receive a RAL Marketing Kit complete with professionally
designed FREE marketing materials. The following items are included in the
Starter Kit:

- IRAL/RAL Posters in English and Spanish
- Audit Shield posters in English and Spanish
- Radio Commercials (English/Spanish)
- DVD containing a broadcast quality TV Commercial (English/Spanish)
- Customizable Templates - All materials are customizable and available in English and Spanish

What Will I Have to Pay For?
Although the ad templates, radio commercials and television commercials are
provided to participating TaxWise Customers at no charge, you will
have to pay for the printing and placement of any print ad, as well as the
customization and placement of the radio and television ads.
A limited supply of 3’ x 5’ outdoor RAL banners is available for purchase by TaxWise Customers. Each banner costs $10, plus shipping and handling. To purchase an outdoor RAL banner, please contact TaxWise Account Management at 1-800-495-4626. Banners ship within 24 – 48 hours via FedEx Ground and are available only while supplies last…so order today.

How Do I Customize the Radio and TV Commercials?
The following steps outline how to customize the Radio Commercials to include your business' information:
- Decide what information you would like to include about your business in the Radio Commercial. (i.e. Business Name, Phone Number, or Slogan)
- Take the Radio CD along with the information mentioned in Step 1 to your local radio station.
- Follow your local radio station's procedure to place the commercial on air. This will include filling out the appropriate paperwork, deciding when you would like your commercial to air and paying for the spot to air.
- They will "tag-on" your business information to the radio commercial and air it at the time specified in Step 3.

How Do I Order Additional RAL Marketing Materials?
An additional RAL Marketing kit will be shipped to your office for a small handling fee by contacting TaxWise Account Management.
