Scanners tested by CCH Small Firm Services

We have tested many popular TWAIN compliant scanners with our Scan&Fill and Document Manager programs (version 8.0.0). These are not recommendations, merely internal evaluations by CCH SFS for your reference.

We strongly recommend sheet-fed / document-fed for optimal efficiency. Tested scanners are not the only scanners that should work with version 8.0.0, however please make sure the scanner you select is TWAIN compliant.

The scanners on this page are not recommendations. Rather, they are merely scanners that have been tested by CCH Small Firm Services in a test environment with configurations as noted in the tables above. All scanners were tested with the driver specified in the table above (either provided on disc with the scanner or downloaded via the manufacturer’s web site). The fact that a scanner is on this page does not mean that CCH SFS recommends the scanner. Likewise, the fact that a scanner is not on this page only means that CCH SFS has not tested that particular scanner, and is not necessarily an indication that the scanner will not work successfully with Scan&Fill. Because computer configurations (operating system, hardware, drivers, and software) can vary from system to system, CCH SFS does not guarantee that any particular scanner will work with your configuration or for your particular needs. CCH SFS can only recommend that you download the latest scanner drivers from your scanner manufacturer’s web site and that you purchase a scanner from a vendor with a fair return policy in case the scanner does not work properly with your configuration.
