New User Orientation

At TaxWise, we set the bar for free, new-user training and support. Within 48 hours of purchasing TaxWise, you’ll be contacted by one of our friendly representatives to set up an orientation session. Sessions generally run 45 minutes to an hour and cover the basics you’ll need to install, set up and learn the TaxWise program.

Orientation sessions are taught through small, group conference calls and offer a question and answer period at the end. Once you have completed the orientation you can sign up for the mini classes to further your understanding of the program and the benefits for your company.
