As a value-added service for new members of the TaxWise family, your dedicated Orientation Team is offering a series of mini-training sessions planned specifically for new TaxWise users.

Each session, ranging from 15 to 45 minutes, is designed not only to aid in the software transition process but to also increase your overall knowledge of tax preparation and TaxWise software.

Please note that your office must first attend a TaxWise Orientation session before participating in a mini class!

Course Listings:

1040 Return - Basic instructions for preparing individual returns in TaxWise. We’ll be using actual practice returns and we ask that you follow along.

Business Return – Basic Instructions for preparing business returns in TaxWise. We’ll be using actual practice returns and ask you to follow along.

Communications*- Step-by-step instructions for creating and sending returns and picking up acknowledgements. Learn by using Training Electronic Filing Center.

Finding Help in TaxWise* - Once you have completed this class you may never need to call Customer Support again.

Bank Fees/IRAL* - We will discuss the ins and outs of making sure you get paid for the returns you do.

Client Letter* - Do you use a client letter for relaying information to your clients about their return? We can show you how to add customize a letter to meet your needs.

Print Packets* - Set up which forms will print before starting your first returns.

Updating TaxWise & Adding States* - Take this class and save a call to Customer support. The process is easy. Let us show you!
